There are 4 routes in the Pays-d'Enhaut region to choose from. They all take you to locations high up in the mountains with spectacular views. Sitting on the grass in front of a stunning view over the mountains you can enjoy the delicious local and regional products in your picnic while gazing on the setting sun. Equipped with your personalised "Pays-d'Enhaut" Swiss army knife, you can enjoy your selection of cheeses and cured meats the traditional Swiss way. Once the sun has set behind the mountains, you can descend from the summit using your head lamp or, if the weather permits, by the light of the stars.
