Description
Come to the Barboleuse for this initiation day which will teach you how to guide your bike in complete safety thanks to targeted coaching.
ON THE PROGRAM - Adjustment of the bike - Warming up through small play activities - Work on the position on the bike - Optimising braking techniques and passing obstacles - Work on technique in the turns The day will end with a nice descent to Bex to put into practice what you have learned throughout the day. The return to Barboleuse will be via the BVB train.
Practical Information
SERVICES INCLUDED - Day trip with a guide - Return by train MEETING POINT 9.00 am at the Barboleuse car park (Place de Barboleuse 10, 1882 Gryon) TO TAKE WITH YOU - Bicycle in good condition - Helmet, gloves, knee pads - Small materials to repair your bike - Picnic for the lunch break, snacks and drinks. Also remember to bring equipment that is suitable for the weather.
