Lovers of festive bubbles: this day out in the meadows will teach you how to make your own homemade lemonade from edible wild plants.

For those who like to pick their own fruit, enjoy nature and drink festive bubbles, this day out in the meadows and on the edge of the bocage will teach you how to make your own lemonade. will teach you how to make homemade lemonade from any edible flower, from spring to late summer! MORNING Wild picking is an opportunity to take your time, to forge a more intimate bond nature and discover new flavours. Picking your own food and be able to recognise variety of meadowsweet, yarrow or a carpet of ground ivy, is simply exhilarating! This time immersed in nature, you'll be able to appreciate the green world around you with a whole new perspective! LUNCHTIME To combine theory with practice, we'll be serving up a wild aperitif made from wild plants from the surrounding area! After this little boost we'll be able to continue our day with a full belly and a light heart! AFTERNOON Homemade lemonade is made with just a few ingredients: a walk in the fields, a few handfuls of spring flowers, a bit of technique, a handful of days of patience and a minimum of ambient heat. At the end of the road a sparkling beverage as beautiful to behold as it is delicious to sip! To make sure you have a lasting memory, don't forget the little equipment you'll need to take with you.

Practical Information

TO TAKE WITH YOU - A small 1 litre "Le Parfait" type jar (with mechanical closure and seal) - A pocket knife - A bag for picking (paper or cloth) - Something to take notes on - Something to quench your thirst for the day - Snacks - Appropriate clothing to suit the weather - Good footwear (trainers, walking shoes, etc.) DIFFICULTY Walk with no particular difficulties (approx. 2 hours actual walking time, depending on the programm). The terrain is relatively easy, although we will sometimes be walking in the forest, off the paths. The activity takes place entirely outdoors, with no possibility of shelter. So it's a good idea to be well-dressed and have shoes to the terrain and weather conditions of the day. WEATHER CONDITIONS The activity takes place in all weathers, except in the event of a storm or thunderstorm. The decision will be taken the day before. If the outing has to be postponed or cancelled due to the weather, we will contact you by text message at least 24 hours before the start of the course. If you don't hear from us, the day will take place as planned.
