Hikes to discover edible wild plants in Bex

Description

Come and meet the wild in an unusual tasting experience. Knowing nature is great, eating it is even better!

We're passionate about making our nature outings a celebration. In our opinion, good and beautiful and wild cuisine doesn't have to be frugal and rustic. We like to vary our dishes and add enough fantasy so that everyone can find something to delight their taste buds! Walking and picking alternate throughout our walks. Observing, touching and tasting what is growing, often in abundance - meadow cardamine, hogweed, primrose, nettle or bear's garlic, plantain, violet - is the first step towards a passionate and more conscious understanding of living things. After the effort, the bellies are hollow and the legs are tired... We'll hurry to a small shady forest to prepare our menu for the day. Wild cocktails and syrups, tabbouleh and hummus flavoured with local herbs, plantain fricassee, various spreads and homemade bread will be on the menu for this gastronomy full of new flavours!
