Exchange sale Leysin

A special clothing and equipment swap for sports (all ages) and children (childcare articles, children's clothes and shoes, games and books) is being organised in Leysin.
How it works: People who want to sell items drop them off on Fridays. A team of volunteers sorts and sets up the items in the hall, then takes care of the sales on Saturday and Sunday. You can sell - Childcare items - Children's clothes and shoes - Games and books - Adult and children's sportswear and equipment Unsold items and the balance of the sale (-10%) will be returned to the sellers. Agenda : - Friday 27 October: Drop off your items, labelled and packed in bags, between 5pm and 6.30pm at the Ancien Collège gym. Everyone will then receive a seller's number, instructions and all the details needed to take part in the Leysin Exchange Sale. - Saturday 28 October: The sale will take place from 12 noon to 5 p.m. in the Ancien Collège gym. - Sunday 29 October: The sale will take place from 9am to 11am at the Ancien Collège gym. - Sunday 29 October: Collection of unsold items and proceeds: between 5 p.m. and 5.30 p.m.
Practical Information
For each vendor: 4.00 registration fee and 10% deduction from sales proceeds. Volunteers: To ensure the success of this exchange sale, we are looking for volunteers to help us! - Saturday 28 October 2023: between 9am and 12pm to set up the sale and between 12pm and 5pm to man the till. - Sunday 29 October 2023: between 9am and 11am to man the cash desk and between 11am and 1pm to sort unsold items and tidy up the room. Volunteers who wish to sell items are exempt from the registration fee.
