Discovery day on the Via Ferrata of Rocher Jaune

Rendezvous with the guides of the Alpes Vaudoises, to spend a day in the mountains and discover the Via Ferrata of the Rocher Jaune in complete safety. ON THE PROGRAMME - 9am meeting at the Col du Pillon - Walk up to the Rocher Jaune via the route "Col du Pillon - Cabane" (2,7 km - 755m D+, approx. 2h15) - Short walk to the Diablerets hut - Picnic stop at the hut (possibility to eat on site) - Return to the Col du Pillon by cabin The Via ferrata of the Rocher Jaune is moderately technical, but it requires strength and courage on some passages. The route follows an aerial route, some parts of which are comfortably wide, while others are considerably narrower. Great moments of thrills: the crossing of the Rocher Jaune and a mini-cave to pass crouched on a wooden beam. After more than two hours of effort and thrills, the climbers reach the overhang of the Rocher Jaune which will allow them to reach the Diablerets hut and enjoy a rest.
