Enjoy nettles in all their forms on a hike.
In collaboration with the Gruyères-Pays D'Enhaut Regional Nature Park, mountain guide Stéphane Genet is proposing a hike during which you can sample nettles in all their forms. Head for the Pra Cornet plateau and discover the different ways in which this plant can be eaten raw or cooked, solid or liquid. A walk that's sure to spice things up!
