Alpes Vaudoises, société coopérative (AVSC) - a cooperative society - consists of 8 members, namely:

These bodies have come together to promote and sell online tourist products from Aigle, Leysin, Col des Mosses, Villars, Gryon, Diablerets, Glacier 3000, Bex, Château-d’Œx, Rougemont and Rossinière.
How does the alpesvaudoises.ch platform work?
Our website is an online platform that is continuously improving and it works for both computers and smartphones / tablets. To access the platform, just enter alpesvaudoises.ch in your browser (for example, Chrome, Safari or Mozilla Firefox).
What is the advantage of buying online?
By purchasing a service directly online, you benefit from preferential rates. Indeed, the prices of our ski passes, for example, are based on a dynamic pricing system which varies according to different criteria, including the period of validity, how far in advance the order is placed, etc. In addition, you avoid queuing to pay at the ski lift ticket offices.
What rules have to be observed in the ski areas of the Vaud Alps?
To enjoy skiing and to respect others, all skiers must adhere to and follow the rules of good conduct of the ski resort. FIS (International Ski Federation).
What are the special rates that apply in the ski areas?
Children: free access to the ski slopes for children born in 2016 or after.
Super Senior: free access to the ski slopes for people born in 1943 or before.
Family rate: reduction granted on the child rate if accompanied by an adult.
Group rate: a group rate applies for 10 people or more.
These prices and free admissions are granted on presentation of an ID document and are only available at the ski lift ticket offices of the ski area concerned. Therefore, please pick up the package directly on-site. The pass is issued on a rechargeable magnetic card (keycard) sold at a price of CHF 5. It Is not possible to purchase these services online.
Can I take my dog on the gondola lift?
Yes, dogs are allowed on the gondola lifts free of charge and on the Glacier 3000 cable car in winter and summer.
Is my Magic Pass valid at the resorts in the Vaud Alps?
Yes. Your Magic Pass enables you to access the following ski areas: Villars-Gryon-Diablerets, Glacier 3000 and Leysin-Les Mosses-La Lécherette. The Château-d’Œx (La Videmanette) station is not included.

Online Purchases
Do I have to register to make an online purchase?
No, you can order online as a guest. However, we recommend that you register because your data will be saved on your next visit and this will also give you a summary of what you have bought and purchase orders in your account.
What payment methods can I use to pay for purchases online?
You can pay using the following payment methods:

How do I make a reservation online?
The ordering process is simple: select the type of ticket (ski area), the date and the number of tickets you want and load them directly on the chosen medium. Save the tickets in your smartphone wallet, print the tickets or redeem them directly on-site at one of the cash desks / ticket machines.
How do I know whether my order has been placed correctly?
After finalising your order, you will receive a booking confirmation at the address indicated on the order. If you do not receive the mail, please check your junk folder or send an email directly to the following address: booking@alpesvaudoises.ch
Are services purchased online transferable?
Yes, but in the case of ski passes only, for less than 3 days. The other services are named and non-transferable. An ID document must be presented during any checks.
Can I purchase services for other people?
Yes, you just have to indicate the surname, first name and date of birth of the person in question.
Gift voucher
Can I buy gift vouchers online?
Yes. Gift vouchers purchased on the platform can only be used online.
For which products can gift vouchers be used?
Gift vouchers can be used for all products available in the online shop (accommodation, packages, etc.). During the payment process, the field “Apply voucher” appears, and this enables you to validate the voucher.
What happens if the price of my purchase is lower than the value of the voucher?
The residual amount is returned to you by email in the form of a new gift voucher with the corresponding code.
Delivery / Receipt of the purchase
How do I obtain my ski package?
Ski package with magnetic card (keycard or SwissPass)
If you have a keycard or SwissPass, you can load the ski pass directly onto the relevant card by entering the ID number. You receive a confirmation via email when purchasing online.
Ski package without a magnetic card (keycard or SwissPass)?
If you wish to book online and you do not have a magnetic card (keycard / SwissPass), simply select the “Pick-up” option when purchasing, and collect your card directly on-site at the one of the resort ticket machines. For withdrawal from ticket machines, you either have to enter the order confirmation number or scan the QR code on your order confirmation. The order form is sent to you via email. Ski passes can be purchased directly at the ski lift ticket offices. When purchased on-site, all ski passes are issued on a hands-free medium called a keycard. This mandatory medium is sold for CHF 5.-. It is non-refundable but is replaced free of charge in the event of a defect during the first winter of use.
How do I obtain my travel pass / order form for an activity / accommodation booking?
After placing your order online, you will receive a confirmation email. Transport tickets, order forms and accommodation and activity bookings are attached as PDF files.
Why are tickets / ski passes not directly visible on the SwissPass or in the SwissPass customer account after purchase?
The services are only loaded onto the SwissPass when you first pass through the turnstile.
Types of ski package
I would like to purchase a ski package; which one should I choose?
Our online shop enables you to purchase different types of ski package, depending on the ski area required.
Leysin-Les Mosses-La Lécherette
Online purchase for 1 to 6 days.
Villars-Gryon-Diablerets
Online purchase for one half-day (from 11 a.m.) or for 1 or 2 days. From 3 days, you must buy an Alpes Vaudoises package.
Glacier 3000
Purchase online for 1 day only. From 2 days, you must select the Alpes Vaudoises package.
Alpes Vaudoises
Online purchase for 1 to 7 days. This ski package gives you access to the Leysin-Les Mosses-La Lécherette, Villars-Gryon-Diablerets and Glacier 3000 ski areas.
Can I purchase a package for several single days?
No, they must be consecutive days. There are no ski passes for single days.
What do I do if I want to buy an Alpes Vaudoises ski package for a period of more than 7 days?
Vous achetez en ligne un forfait de ski pour 7 jours afin de bénéficier de nos tarifs préférentiels. Vous vous présentez ensuite à un guichet des remontées mécaniques pour ajouter les jours supplémentaires souhaités. Le tarif des jours supplémentaires ne sera pas facturé en plein mais sera dégressif selon la durée totale du forfait, soit la durée achetée en ligne et les jours supplémentaires ajoutés.
Modification / Cancellation / Refund / Exchange
Can I have my ski package refunded in the event of last-minute problems such as illness?
No refunds are given without insurance. SKICARE or PASSPROTECT insurance is currently only available at the cash desks. Go to the website: www.skicare.ch
However, you can buy your ski passes online and go to one of the ski lift cash desks up to the start date of the pass in order to add this insurance. It can only be added before the package is first used. Once the package has been validated / scanned at the machines, it is no longer possible to add this option.
Am I entitled to a refund if I don't use the services I purchased online?
No, all purchases are final. As an intermediary (reseller between the ski lifts and the customer), the general terms and conditions (GTC) of our various service providers apply (see point 7 « Appendix: List of service providers »).
What do I have to do if I want to modify my package (error with the date, area, etc.)?
For security and data protection reasons, we are not able to modify an order once it has been finalised. Please place a new order with the correct data. Subsequently, please send an email to info@alpesvaudoises.ch so that we can cancel and refund your first purchase (incorrect order).
Can I exchange passes purchased online for another day if they have not been used on the date booked ?
The tickets can only be used on the date booked. If they are not used, they expire. The general terms and conditions of our various service providers apply.
Is my ski pass refunded if the lifts are closed due to bad weather?
No, the general terms and conditions of the ski lifts clearly state that the closures of the ski lift installations due to bad weather conditions do not give rise to any reimbursement of the ski pass.
