In Villars, the Rando Parc invites you to discover the mountains in a whole new way! This area dedicated to ski touring offers marked and secured routes, suitable for all levels — from curious beginners to seasoned uphill enthusiasts.

Ski touring is a sporting activity that consists of traversing the mountains in winter on skis. Like snowshoes, it allows lovers of wide open spaces to discover authentic nature, on skis! In ski touring, it is with the strength of your legs that enables you to go up the slopes.

Closer to nature, this activity allows you to evolve at your own pace in wide open spaces in order to reach a summit or a viewpoint via marked ski touring routes. You go up with the help of “sealskins” then go down again on off-piste skiing or on the slopes of a ski area.

Ski touring by night

After work or to end your day in style, put on your ski touring skis and set off to explore the mountains by the light of your headlamp. In a peaceful atmosphere, under the starry sky and the moonlight, your outing will be all the more intense.

Several routes are accessible in the evening, either every evening or one evening a week. To climb the summits in complete safety, we recommend that you find out on the day of your outing about the opening of the various routes.
