Having grown up in England, far from the peaks, it was when I arrived in Switzerland in 2011 that I discovered the power of the mountains. Since then, they have become my playground, my source of inspiration and balance.

My hikes have a creative, gentle and therapeutic dimension: being in the forest or at altitude calms us, refocuses us and relieves us.
