The Villars Rando Parc unveils new routes

To ensure an optimal opening of the Rando Parc for the winter season, new features await ski touring enthusiasts this winter! The three marked ski touring routes have been redesigned to offer even more fun, safety, and variety for all levels of participants. Starting this winter, you will be able to reach Chaux Ronde, Grand Chamossaire and Petit Chamossaire on cross-country skis.

Host to numerous national and international competitions, Villars is a must-visit destination for ski mountaineering. This demanding sport, which will make its Olympic debut at the Milano-Cortina 2026 Winter Games, impresses with the technical skill and physical strength it requires.

After hosting the 2019 World Championships, the 2020 Lausanne Youth Olympic Games, the 2023 Junior World Championships, and several World Cup stages, Villars will welcome this winter the finals of the Ski Mountaineering World Cup from 1 to 5 April 2025.
On the programme: all official disciplines — individual, vertical, team sprint, and sprint — offering a unique opportunity to watch the world’s best athletes in action on the slopes of Villars.
