Description
Start your national holiday with the traditional miner’s brunch based on products from the region and served 450 metres deep inside the salt mountain!
The sweet and savoury specialities at 1st August Brunch will delight young and old alike: hot and cold drinks, a variety of breads and pastries, fruit, local cheeses and cold meats, various summer salads, a choice of fruit tarts and a variety of local produce.
THE BRUNCH
Hot drinks, fruit juices, mineral water
Butter braids, assorted special breads, croissants
Jams and spreads
Gruyère matured with SEL DES ALPES and other cheese specialities
Quiches and buffet of regional salads
A selection of cold meats
Yoghurt and bircher müesli
