Description
Welcome 2026 by enjoying a Caribbean buffet followed by dancing the night away to 80s disco and electro music!
Ring in the New Year in style! Before you dance, enjoy a Caribbean buffet: sunshine, music and good cheer!
Caribbean Buffet - 6pm to 9pm
- Tropical aperitif
- Starters:
- Salads: Avocado, tomatoes; spicy corn; Calypso; cornbread and cassava
- Cold dishes: pickled fish with curry and mango; Christophine pie
- Hot dishes: empanadas; fish fritters
- Island classics: jerk pork, BBQ sauce; fried chicken; pescado coco; rasta pasta; rice with beans and plantain
- Desserts: dolce y Mamajuana
Evening - 10 p.m. to 4 a.m.
The evening continues with two rooms and two atmospheres :
- Embuscade - 80s disco: dance to the biggest hits of the 80s.
- Salle du Nord - Electro, Tech house, Hardstyle: dance the night away to electro and contemporary sounds, perfect for fans of modern music.
