- 18 April: Booty Training - (Muscle strengthening session focused on the glutes and legs)
- 2 May: Bootycamp - (Intensive outdoor training, military or cross-training style, for a physical challenge)
- 18 May: Elastics Workout - (Strength training session with fitness elastic bands to work on resistance)
- 27 June: Aquapalmes - (Aquatic activity with flippers for cardio and leg strengthening)
- 1 July: Brunch Fit - (Healthy brunch combined with light fitness activity)
- 4 July: Aquapower - (Intense aquatic fitness session with bars and dumbbells to strengthen the body in the water)
