Screening on the sumptuous biodiversity of Ollon to Villars

The programme includes a screening with commentary by Daniel Aubort, nature photographer and former Green Party councillor in Ollon, in the main hall in Villars.
He will show you the remarkable biodiversity of our municipality through images.

Using photos taken in villages, gardens, vineyards, on ridges and in forests, the commentator will present the diversity of natural environments and the species that inhabit them.
Flowers, insects, mammals and birds will be highlighted, particularly certain rare or discreet species, which require patience and attention to observe. The screening is based in particular on knowledge gained from field research and a study conducted by biologist Raymond Delarze, which highlighted the remarkable biological richness of the area, one of the most important in the canton of Vaud.

The aim of this film is to raise awareness of this precious natural heritage and the importance of preserving it.
