Méli-Mélo - Singing theatre troupe

Founded in 2023 in Collonges and Dorénaz, the Méli-Mélo troupe brings together around forty singers from the French-speaking part of Valais for a unique live show.

Méli-Mélo is a mixed-voice choir that stages the pieces in its repertoire using carefully designed positions, gestures and choreography to highlight each song, emphasise its strengths and give it a spatial and dynamic dimension. Each piece is accompanied by an orchestral soundtrack.

The artistic direction, harmonisation and staging are provided by Algee Rey, a singing teacher renowned for her experience in creating and promoting choral performances.

The repertoire combines French and international classics, ranging from Les Enfoirés to Matisyahu.
