Description
Come to the public milking session at the Col du Pillon and learn more about the world of the farm and the making of our delicious alpine cheese.
At the Chalet d'Alpage du Pillon, come and discover the daily life of alpine chalets, from breeding and production to the transformation of milk into cheese, during a friendly chat as the cows are milked. You can learn about cheese brushing. During milking, visitors can participate by connecting the machine, and the tour ends with feeding the pigs.
