The Boulangerie du Village opens its doors to you for a tomato workshop, an invitation to get your hands in the flour and discover the secrets of bread-making. Guided by a passionate craftsman, you'll learn how to make different kinds of bread and focaccia, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

During the workshop, you'll discover how to marry the flavours of tomatoes with flours, herbs and oils, to create breads that are both original and tasty. You'll knead, shape and bake the loaves... then come the moment you've been waiting for: the tasting.
