Open Day at Villars Swimming Pool and Fitness 360

Whether you're a fan of soothing laps, curious to try out dynamic group classes, or simply looking for a moment to yourself, this is the day for you!

On the programme: free access to the Fitness 360 facilities and swimming pool, a friendly atmosphere and free 15-minute discovery classes throughout the day, exclusively for non-members!

• 09:15 - 09:30: Stability
• 09:45 - 10:15: Pilates & Aquagym
• 10:30 - 10:45: Circuit Training
• 11:00 a.m. - 11:15 a.m.: Aquabike
• 11:30 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.: Aqua Circuit
• 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.: Protein tasting (presentation, benefits and Q&A session)
• 1:15 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.: BodyPump
• 1:45pm - 2:00pm: Pilates Swissball
• 2:15pm - 2:30pm: Body Balance
• 2:45pm - 3:00pm: Abs
• 3:15pm - 3:30pm: Spinning
• 3:45pm - 4:00pm: CAF

It's the perfect opportunity to try out a CAF session, a spinning class or a water aerobics session... all supervised by professional and enthusiastic coaches.
