If you're feeling a little peckish, why not stop at one of the Vaud Alps bars to taste the local specialities to accompany your drink. The “aperitif planchette” is extremely popular with everyone after a day on the ski slopes. Composed of artisanal charcuterie and cheeses from the region, it is sometimes garnished with onions and pickled gherkins. A piece of bread, a drink and a planchette, it's the perfect après-ski combination!
